Your vendor team is secured, you're ready to get married, but there's so many details you aren't sure about. Our coordination service is there to sure up the details and ensure your plans come to fruition seamlessly.

Coordination services can easily be described as Event Management. You've planned the largest part of your day, but there's so many more finer details that have to be considered to ensure your plans come to fruition.

This level of planning gives you 8 weeks of professional support to ensure we have a comprehensive plan in place prior to the rest of your vendor team needing those details. The last month of wedding planning is busy and every one of your incredible vendors need to know their specific part in your day-of plan. We'll ensure they do!

We'll take care of your vendor communication, timeline creation/management, set up of personal items, direct your rehearsal and so much more. We take the lead so you can take it all in.

THE PROCESS

Set up a consultation so we can learn more about your day's current and hoped-for plans. Complete contract and become part of the Bustle and Bloom team.

10 weeks from your day we'll send your our coordination forms that give us all the details of what you have planned so far. At 8 weeks, we'll schedule our first planning session where we'll walk through your plans, talk through logistics and flow of event.

From there, we'll formulate your day of file that includes a pre-event timeline, event timeline, your venue's floorplan, ceremony procession and all of your day of details. Once you approve this plan, we'll ensure it gets to every vendor on your team as we communicate with them and confirm their part in the day.

At your rehearsal, we'll direct your people to know where they need to be (standing or sitting) and when. Day of, we'll be the presence leading it all - ensuring your personal items are set in place, your vendors know where to set up, your groom knows when to be dressed and your DJ knows when to start your procession song so you can walk down the aisle and get married!
